Hey guys! I hope you guys are still pushing through; we only have like 2 weeks left in the semester! We can do it! This week we have been discussing traits that employers are looking and how to develop our skills.
Traits that employers would be looking for that I possess are problem solving, communication, and multi-tasking. I worked as a server, a sales associate, and a lab intern and I had developed all these in those job experiences. I feel like these are the some of the most important. You will be always having to be able to talk to people and solve issues that arise in a workplace in the best way possible.
